UK delivery
Our launch focus is UK delivery. Larger arrangements may require specialist packaging or a larger parcel service because we want them to arrive with their shape protected.
Dispatch timing
Each product page will state the expected dispatch window before an item is activated for sale. Pre-order products, if offered, will show a clear estimated dispatch date or window before payment.
Packaging
Arrangements are packed to protect stems, petals and overall shape in transit. Some light reshaping may be needed after unpacking; simple guidance will be included where appropriate.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.
